- Who counts as an employee?
-
Active employees. People who have left, and new joiners before their start date,
are not counted. The exact definition is set out in your agreement.
- Do you charge VAT?
-
Not at the moment. Our prices exclude VAT, and if we start charging it, it is
added on top of your agreed price.
- What stays fixed for 24 months?
-
Your per-employee rate and your monthly minimum. Your total bill can still change if
your employee count changes or you order additional services.
- What does the 90-day early exit mean?
-
The agreement runs for 12 months, but founding customers can give notice to leave
during the first 90 days. Notice and billing details are set out in your agreement.
It is an early exit option, not a free trial.
- Do we need an implementation project?
-
No. Muurel is designed for self-service setup. Assisted Launch gives you help where
you want it, without handing your configuration to a consultancy. More complex
requirements can be scoped separately.
- What happens after the 15 hours or 60 days?
-
Product support stays included. Further hands-on configuration, migration or
consultancy work is agreed and quoted before it starts.
- Can we start alongside our current systems?
-
Yes, that is the intended approach. We review which data and processes you want to
move first and which systems you keep. Any integrations you need are scoped
separately rather than assumed to be included.
- Is everything on the roadmap included?
-
No. We agree the functionality for your launch before you start. Features still
being built are not a delivery commitment unless we agree them in writing. Payroll,
a full applicant tracking system and other future modules are not included.
